Stockings for Soldiers Update

We have a total of 415 ATCs to be distributed, out of 715 total needed. Rather than disperse them among the five units haphazardly, we'll give one to everybody in one unit, and likely the last unit won't get any cards.

The deadline for filling the last set of stockings is for the ATCs to arrive by Saturday, November 10th.
